INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Corsica Public School. We invite you to visit our school whenever it is convenient. It is our belief that we have a strong educational system in Corsica. Student success depends on the positive communication which occurs among the students, parents, and teachers. We encourage parents to become an integral part of their child's education.
The Corsica Public School is a leader in technology in our area with internet accessibility available to all students K-12. Students begin keyboarding grade four along with formalized/integrated computer instruction.
A full range of special education services are offered to students. Special education services are delivered by a K-12 special education instructor with assistance from instructional aids. Psychological services, occupational therapy, physical therapy and other special education needs are delivered throught the Mid-Central Cooperative , a consortium of eleven schools.
Title I services are available to studenst K-5 in both math and reading. These services are to supplement basic reading and math skills, Services are delivered in the classroom as well as on a one-to-one basis.

CURRICULUM AVAILABILITY
The curriculum at Corsica High School is designed to give each student continuity with their courses throughout their four years of high school education. To derive the most of their educational opportunities, those classes which receive one/half unit of credit require attendance for one-half of the school year. those classes which receive 1 unit of credit require attendance to the full school year.
Student shall enroll in classes which are offered or made available at their academic level. Those students seeking courses outside their academic level must have authorization from the Principal.
The courses offered in a sequential manner at Corsica High School shall enable a student to choose ay of the four main career avenues which are: employment, military, vocational school preparation, and/or college preparation.
