Board of Education met in special session Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 5:30PM
in the Stickney School Library.
Members
present: Jeremy Wright, Chad Clites,
Jason Lagge, Don Odens, and Shannon Tolsma.

Absent: Bob Bamberg and Nicole Bamberg.
Others
present: Scott Muckey, Corsica High
School Principal, Mary Lee Podhradsky, Stickney School Business Manager, and
Merna Bye, Corsica School Business manager.
Chairperson Wright
called the meeting to order and declared a quorum present.
Approve Agenda

Tolsma second Jason Lagge to approve the agenda with the following additions:
3A. Approve minutes from the March 9, 2015 meeting. 5. Career Counseling.

Lagge second Chad Clites to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2015
meeting. Motion carried.
Executive Session (SDCL 1-25-2(1)
Motion Shannon
Tolsma second Jason Lagge to enter executive session at 6:42PM to discuss
personnel. Motion carried.
Chairperson Wright
declared the Board of Education out of executive session at 7:27PM.

Tolsma second Jason Lagge to join the Career Counseling as a joint member. Motion carried.
There was no
other business to discuss.
