5-15-03 Minutes

The CAF met 5-15-03 with Gary Van Roekel, Dick Bordewyk, Roger Bordewyk and Mark Spitzenberger present.

Discussed best possible ways to get fund raiser started.

Decided to from a committee outside of the board to work with the board to start the drive. Jr. Noteboom has agreed to help, will be making a couple more contacts.

Will review the alumni list and send out letters as the alumni association is compiling a correct address list.

Gary was going to check with Dwight B. on how he was coming with the Sioux Falls people.

It was talked about to have a meal for fund raiser but decided to work on one to one or couple of committee to make contacts.

Had another $5000 contribution from a generous family for starters they said.

Next meeting is 5-22-03 at Cheryl's Place at 7:00 a.m.
