The Fourth Grade Rainforest

     This is our rainforest model.  We made it from paper bags, construction paper, and bulletin board paper.    We worked in groups to create the emergent layer, the canopy, the understory and the forest floor.  We wrote animal reports and drew pictures of them and added them to the appropriate level of the rainforest.  You will also see the class present the play, The Great Kapok Tree.
